I've been obsessed with Chai lately! I've been infusing 1 cup of almond milk with a Chai teabag overnight (in a little mason jar), and then adding 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to it the next day. I shake it all up and let it set overnight in the fridge, and eat then it for breakfast. It's just like tapioca pudding, but with interchangeable flavors! I've tried mint tea with a splash of vanilla, but Chai is the best so far.
