I'm a nervous wreck today. Why? Because tomorrow is day one of a twelve week exercise and diet boot camp I've joined. Those of you outside of Australia may have never heard of Michelle Bridges, but for those of you in Oz, she's a household name. She's a very well known personal trainer, and I'm about to begin her 12WBT program (12 Week Body Transformation). I will be following her diet and exercise program every day for the next twelve days, and my goal is to lose 30 pounds (13Kg). That's 2.5 pounds a week - that should be doable, right? If I work hard and exercise every day and eat well?
