They say that distance makes the heart grow fonder. Well, this past week I played bachelorette while The Husband was away on a camping trip. I cooked lazy meals, I hung out with friends after work, I unabashedly watched trash TV. It was great, but BOY OH BOY did I miss him! An entire week with virtually no phone calls, no texts, and no seeing him in person. This was the longest we've been separated since before we were engaged, and man was it torture. I am so happy to have him back.
