the (late) christmas post

Well here we are, January 14th 2016 and I'm embarrassed to say we still have our Christmas tree up.  Not because we're fanatics, but because we just haven't made the time to take it down.  We had two weeks off work over the holidays and had way too much fun playing in the surf, reading, cooking elaborate meals for ourselves, and playing board games to do practical things like take down decorations.

I hope everybody had a lovely festive season, whatever you celebrate.
