why yes, i do like curry....

Up until the other day, I had no idea what a mortar and pestle set was.  But then a friend got one for me, and now I'm addicted!  Well, not really, I've only used it once so far, but still!  With my mortar and pestle, I made curry from scratch for the first time!  I scoured the internet for the best recipe to use my mortar and pestle for, and decided on this panang chicken curry.  And let me tell you, it was delicious!  Now I'm on the hunt for the perfect red pesto recipe!
