So one thing I've noticed about Sydney is that pilates and yoga classes are VERY expensive. As a result, I haven't done much yoga since I moved here. Those of you who've been reading me for a while know a) how much I love yoga, and b) how involved I was with yoga.
I'm also one of those people who needs to go to a class in order to do it. If left to my own devices at home, you'd probably find me procrastinating by washing dishes or something. But now I've discovered Cassey Ho's Pop Pilates Youtube channel. She's energetic, motivating, and does short pilates videos that target specific areas and can be done in your living room with minimal equipment.
I remember when I was 20 I used to get up half an hour before I needed to, and do half an hour of pilates. Of course, my wake-up time was much later than it is now. Still, I'm hoping to get back into that routine. Not every day, but maybe twice a week? Shouldn't be that hard, right?
