So homesick. So, so homesick. I was hoping to get to my hometown for Christmas this year, but the tickets are so expensive I literally can't afford it. Not when I'm seriously thinking of quitting my job regardless of not having anything to go to.
Sigh. What do you do? How do you handle homesickness and the inability to go back for a visit?
When I'm homesick, I usually call my mom for a little chat or treat myself to something scrumptious that will remind me of home:) Hope you feel better soon, sweetie. xoxo
ReplyDeleteawwww, sorry to hear you're homesick! Call your family! They can cheer you up. Stay VERY busy and fall in love with the place you are now. You'd be surprised how much finding happiness where you are lessens homesickness.
