I've been journalling every day, both before and after my yoga class, and I think it's really helping me to keep calm(ish) during this super hectic period (plus, I think it helps that this is my second 40 day yoga challenge). Things are seriously so crazy right now. Tell me, how do you keep calm during periods of high stress?

Good for you!! Once it becomes routine and then just "the way" it can really add calm to your life! I hope it will for you too!
