bringing sexy back, part two

Some of you may remember that last September I decided to dedicate myself to getting back into shape, and curb the curves I've gained over the past few years.  Although my weight - and exercise habit - fluctuated this past year, I did achieve my overall goal to drop a size.  However, I've let go a bit over the past couple months, and have started to notice the return of unwanted "curves".  So, when I heard my yoga studio was doing another 40 day yoga challenge, I decided to hop on board again!  Realistically I'll only be able to do 30 of the 40 days, because I'll be away for about two weeks to visit my family and friends out east before the big move.  But still!  I'm excited for project bringing sexy back, part two!

As my life starts to get extremely chaotic with my pending move, I believe this yoga challenge will be the grounding anchor I'll need to keep sane.

So, starting tomorrow, I'm bringing sexy back again.
