Well, it's Friday.  And that means......

1.   The holiday season is     always exciting.  To me, it means traveling, vacations, and loved ones.

2.   Snow makes me   excited, because I think it's so beautiful when it's falling, and when it hasn't been stepped on yet.  However, I become disenchanted with it pretty quickly    .

3.  The best comfort food to eat when it's cold out is   a great big bowl of old fashioned pasta with sauce and cheese  .

4. Winter is the best time for    snuggling on the couch with someone special  .

5.  I can hardly wait for    my trip to Jordan this Christmas!  That's right, I'm spending Christmas in the middle of The Middle East. But I am oh so excited.

6.  When it comes to holiday gifts I prefer to    carefully open them and save the wrapping paper.  I grew up doing this, and it kind of stuck.  I also prefer to start the gift-giving with a glass of wine.

7.  If I were to rate my excitement about the holiday season on a scale from 1-10, I would say I am at about a    7.  Normally I'm more excited, but this year the holiday season seems disjointed to me, because of my move to Australia, not being able to decorate my place because I'm still homeless, and not having loved ones around to celebrate it with .
