scrambled eggs and what?

I'm continuing my love affair with ricotta cheese this week….I've heard of scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, but have you ever tried scrambled eggs with ricotta cheese?  Like, adding the cheese into the pan - with the eggs - right at the end of cooking?  Let me tell you, it is delish!  I think it's now my favourite quick weekday breakfast!
