I hope everybody had a good weekend. I had a fabulous Sunday night. A few friends came over for a potluck dinner. The theme was "around the world". The rules were simple. Chose a country that starts with the first letter of either your first or last name. Cook a dish from that country, and bring a wine to pair it with. It was a small gathering, but the food was out of this world! And it was so fun to have people describe their dish. I am totally doing this again.

I absolutely love this potluck dinner idea. I've gone to a few before where there was really no theme, so this is a fun twist. I'm going to have to do it too. Sounds fun!
